When not behind the microphone, Kent is also a skilled writer and producer.  As a commercial copy writer, he has written hundreds of commercial scripts for organizations large and small. He is also experienced in writing news copy and narrative scripts.

As a producer, Kent has produced radio commercials, news programs, PSA’s, long-form radio shows and comedy bits for more than fifteen years. He has served as producer for two nationally syndicated radio shows, Money Matters and MoneyWise with Howard Dayton. He has also written and produced short-form program features for the Dave Ramsey Show.
